DJ Binding
Director and Project Manager
DJ began his building career straight out of High School.
He progressed from apprentice to qualified tradesman to leading hand and then supervisor over the next 20 years, learning and developing all the skill and experiences needed to run his own business. He then acquired his NSW and Victorian Builders Licences.
DJ is hard working and reliable. DJ understands the importance of building a home to match your lifestyle.
His vast experience allows him to deliver quality homes and quality extensions.
GREG Binding
Retired, Experienced Builder
Although retired, Greg is always ready to give a helping hand when needed.
Greg’s 50 years of experience and knowledge in construction always results in a quality build.
After being in a partnership and running his own building and construction business for over 35 years, he is an invaluable source of information.
Teaming with DJ for the last 8 years to grow Binding Building, they always make sure every project result in a quality build.
Louise Binding
Office Manager
With over 35 years’ experience in administration, the engine room of Binding Building is steered by Louise.
Customer service and genuine care is her focus day in, day out.
She's the chief Doer of everything, behind the scenes, to ensure building and renovation projects run smoothly.
If you're lucky, you might also catch a glimpse of Louise pitching in to help out on the tools from time-to-time too!
She really is a powerhouse.
Dan Quigley
Construction Site Supervisor
Dan joined Binding Building in 2021, having recently relocated to Albury from Brisbane and quickly became a vital member of our team.
Dan brings enthusiasm, knowledge, and creativity to Binding Building and has vast experience in Commercial and Residential builds.
Dan particularly enjoys the renovation side of building, being able to see the progress develop right in front of him and he enjoys being able to bring a client’s ideas to reality.
Jacob Csorba
2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter
Jacob joined the team at Binding Building just over a year ago after completing his Year 11, keen to pursue the opportunities that a career in construction can bring.
Jacob is a welcome addition to Binding Building, bringing energy and youth to the team.
He enjoys all stages of building, especially framing, working with the experienced tradesmen and being able to see a job progress going from start through to finish.

The Binding Building story began in 2014 when DJ Binding realised his dream to create his own company. With the assistance of Greg (his father) in the early years, Binding Building has grown and developed an experienced team of tradesmen and an exciting work environment to focus on delivering high-quality builds, with exceptional customer service.
A family-owned builder, with over 75 years’ experience between them, they are well-rounded in both Residential & Commercial construction and employ a mixture of tried methods, as well as new and innovative building trends.
