A major internal renovation with a small extension was completed for a young family to deal with the growing needs of the entire household. Reconfiguring the home with open plan spaces was designed to make it more liveable for the family.
The rear extension allowed for the removal of the bathroom and laundry from the middle of the home to expand the living area available. As the property is situated on a slopping block a carport was added to the front of the home and another small extension above the carport allowed the master bedroom to be expanded to include an ensuite.
The internal renovation included a new kitchen with island bench and a family room both with polished floorboards. The new bathroom consists of shower and separate bath. With a growing family, a second toilet was an essential! The entire home received a fresh coat of paint and new floor coverings. To modernise the look of the home a coloured render was applied with the result looking fantastic.

Four years after the renovation it was great to get a call back from a satisfied returning client to construct an outdoor entertainment area at the rear of the home. The covered alfresco area with a tiled deck was added to accommodate their growing family’s needs.
